Reebok offers a 30-day return window for most items, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. We aim to make the process as seamless as possible by providing pre-paid labels for all eligible European orders.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoeboxes are protected inside a shipping carton.

Label and Ship

Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
